Four Masters of Jazz appear in the studio, rehearsing, jamming, performing, engaging... the space is contained, the sound is all around, the observer is the musician and the audience, the art is in each experience.
Artists, philosophers, aestheticians, and sociologists were invited to explore the creative process in jazz improvisation.
Featuring Andrew Oh on flute and sax, Chris Perry on bass, Laurie Bennett on drums and Simplicius Cheong at the keyboard.
'Think of us as moving objects, creating invisible artworks,' says Simplicius.
